Each capsule contains: Bromelains 18 million PU (500mg) derived from Ananas comosus (Pineapple)
Directions:
Adults and children over 12 years - For digestion: Take 1 capsule, twice daily, before meals. For mild sinusitis: Take 1 capsule, twice daily, between meals. For soft tissue trauma: Take 1 capsule daily, between meals. Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Children under 12 years - Take only as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Herbs of Gold Bromelain Forte contains 500mg of bromelain, a proteolytic enzyme derived from the fruit and stem of pineapple that assists the digestion of protein. It supports healthy digestion and can be absorbed without degradation or losing its biological activity. It is anti-inflammatory and assists in the healing of minor body tissue injuries. Bromelain Forte reduces symptoms of soft tissue trauma including mild tissue oedema and pain.
